David Grossman, Esq. is President of Corporate Affairs for the American Health Group.
Mr. Grossman is managing partner of Kelly & Grossman LLC, a law firm specializing in complex federal, state and local healthcare and municipal litigation. With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Grossman and his firm has served as legal counsel to a number of hospital health systems including: Jamaica Hospital NY, Flushing Hospital NY, Lee Health System FL, Bacon County Hospital GA, and Chatham County Hospital, NC. Mr. Grossman’s legal practice focused on issues related to standards of care and regulatory compliance in hospitals, health systems and other medical practices. He and his law firm have represented hundreds of medical practices, healthcare institutions, labor organization health plans and corporations regarding their health & compliance programs.
At American Health Group Mr. Grossman is responsible for leadership management with all corporate entities, the assembling of healthcare leadership teams for overseas and domestic operations and managing the establishment of a series of industry “best practice” and quality metrics for the successful execution of American Health Group services.
Mr. Grossman graduated from State University of New York at Stony Brook (B.A) and from Touro Law School, NY (JD)
