Winifred B. Mack, RN, MPA is the Executive Vice President of Clinical Services and Hospital Operations for American Health.

Ms. Mack is a Senior Vice President- Health System Operations, Northwell Health Winifred Mack, RN, has served in a number of leadership roles within Northwell Health. She is currently Senior Vice President of System Operations. Ms. Mack earned a B.S. in Nursing and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from LIU Post. Passionate about nursing and an accomplished nurse leader, Ms. Mack’s career in healthcare spans more than 45 years.

Before joining Northwell Health, Ms. Mack held a number of high-level administrative and nursing positions at Continuum Health Partner’s Beth Israel-St. Luke’s Roosevelt Health System in Manhatten, Winthrop University Hospital, Nassau University Medical Center and Stony Brook University Hospital. Ms. Mack is a Board Member of the YMCA of Long Island, the LIU School of Health Professions and Nursing Advisory Board and JMB Synergy Advisory Board at Northwell Health. She is also recognized as a Long Island Trustee for the Energeia Partnership at Molloy College.

Ms. Mack has been the recipient of a number of notable honors. She was honored by LIU Post in 2018 as Honoree for the Alumni Awards Gala, Long Island Business News in 2016 with their Top 50 Women Award, by the National Association of Professional Women in 2014 with their Women of the Year Award, by LIU Post in 2013 with their Distinguished Alumni Award, by the Islip Breast Cancer Coalition in 2012 as honoree for their “Evening in Pink” and by the YMCA Boulton Center in 2011 with their Ambassador of the Arts Award. Dedicated to the communities she serves, Ms. Mack has also been honored by the Salvation Army, Victims Information Bureau of Suffolk, NAACP, Irish Americans in Government and the Hispanic Counseling Center among others.
